Benefits Specialist (contract)

Annapurna HR are working with a Global Insurance business on the recruitment of a Benefits Specialist. This role would be to develop and analyse the firm's current Reward/Benefits offering during a period of huge change at the business. During a period of drastic M&A activity, this role will be responsible for identifying, assessing and restructuring the legacy benefits on offer; amending and providing advice on potential changes, efficiencies and issues.
This is a hugely important role for the business as they look to harmonise their current and future workforce benefits.
The nature of this role will allow the individual to work from the office (either London or Milton Keynes).
Requirements
* Ambitious, intelligent individual with experience in global benefit administration.
* A solid understanding of various benefits offerings
* A working knowledge of contract / ER law.
* Incredible attention to detail.
* Confident to work across all levels of the business.
* A self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative and present solutions to problems.
* Detail oriented, organised and a fast learner.
* Experience in handling sensitive data with discretion.
