Recruitment Business Partner, 12month FTC, 40-45k Plus 7k Car, Within a Global Corporation Based in West London.

Offering 40-45k with a 7k Car and based within West London, this is a fantastic opportunity to have a major impact within the organisation through supporting the design, development and installation of their UK recruitment strategy.
The Candidate:
* Previous history in engagement with senior stakeholders and stakeholder management
* Experience in supporting the design and delivery of recruitment strategy on regional/national basis
* Experience in working in partnership with wider HR team to build and install effective resourcing plans to meet current and prospective resourcing needs.
* Experience in Candidate attraction and management
* Team Management Exposure (Highly Advantageous)
The Role
* To support the design and installation the UK national recruitment strategy
* To provide external best practice to provide consultative support and advise Senior Stakeholders throughout the business
* Lead and oversee multiple projects at any one time
* Working with the Resourcing Manager and wider HR team to map internal talent pipelines and support in the identification recruitment requirements
