HR Business Partner - Start-Up Tech / E-Commerce
Location: Leeds
Reporting to: Head of HR
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
This is a very exciting, varied role for an experienced HR Generalist to deliver a high-quality commercial HR service to a technology-focused start-up division of a well-known brand. You will be providing expert advice to stakeholders on ER, performance management, talent and succession as well as managing a small admin team. You will be excellent at spotting talent and internal opportunities to facilitate people development and growth.
Your role will cover designing, organising and delivering training and L&D solutions, supporting and influencing key stakeholders on organisational capability and change, managing settlement agreements and proactively working with stakeholders to increase employee engagement. You will also be given the opportunity to own either the mentoring or graduate programme for the business unit from inception.
About you:
Confident with excellent communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels and build strong relationships
Excellent educational background - ideally educated to degree level and CIPD qualified
First-class negotiation skills
An experienced HR Generalist with experience covering all areas above, ideally as a Business Partner but open to considering HR Advisors / Officers that are highly capable and ambitious to progress
Experience in a corporate, matrix, fast-paced and growing environment
Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft packages such as Powerpoint and Excel
Experience in Technology or Telecoms organisations / business units would be highly beneficial
Management experience beneficial but not necessary
