Based in Leeds, you will be working for an amazing, award-winning and fast-growing brand with a strong track record of innovation in the technology space.
As the HR Executive, your role is to support the senior HR team and have full responsibility for the coordination of all aspects of the employee life-cycle. You will also deal with general first-line employee services queries, produce HR systems report and metrics, get involved in HR projects and creative writing to support the HR team. You will also be given the opportunity to support the HRBP's with employee relations casework and get involved in writing policies and HR template letters as well as assisting with HR presentations.
To be successful in this role you will need a background in HR administration, and have excellent communication skills as well as having a very good attention to detail. You will hav a naturally helpful and proactive manner when it comes to supporting the wider business. You will also have excellent IT skills on HR systems and MS Office.
Due to the growing nature of the business there is the opportunity to progress within this company.
