Performance and Reward Systems Manager, London, £60,000 - £75,000

My large financial services client are currently recruiting for a Performance and Reward Systems Manager to manage and develop their Reward systems. You will be responsible for delivering practical resolutions for system problems, working closely with the reward team to drive change across the different modules. Leading a team, project managing and managing stakeholders around changes are a few elements of this exciting role.

The best suited Performance and Reward Systems Manager for this role must have:

* A thorough understanding and knowledge of working with performance and reward systems in reward departments.
* Experience within a large financial services institution is extremely desirable.
* Excellent Project Management skills, with experience leading global matrix projects previously.
* Exceptionally strong analytical skills in order to analyse data trends.
* Interpersonal, presentational and influencing skills are pivotal to the role to provide guidance and encouragement to stakeholders on the system while also initiating and participating in meetings.
* Self-motivated individual with the ability to lead teams and work alone.
