Leading PE backed FTSE 250 are looking for a new head of talent. The person will own the acquisition, development, and engagement of the workforce and would ideally have solid experience of talent, including recruitment, learning, talent and OD.
The company is growing and looking to become more effective as an organisation and has created a new position reporting into the group HR director.
The candidate would ideally have broad talent experience across resourcing, talent, learning and OD and be commercially minded with the ability to work with senior executives.
The candidate will have good people management experience and have a strong commercial approach.
The candidate will be highly adept to work in complex, matrix organisations and have the ability to work in cultural change environments.
