Job Requirements

* To help deliver the annual process improvement programme, to monitor the programme status, communicate progress to the business and identify issues/risks.
* To understand new industry trends in retail systems, technology and process methodologies, for example Lean and 6-Sigma.
* Identify opportunities to deliver improvements for area, upstream and in stores.
* Plan and deliver projects using Project management approach and develop business cases as required.
* Become the first point of call when key stakeholders are considering new activity in order to ensure that retail is represented in decision making.
* Build working relationships with the retail field teams to ensure that the benefits of continuous improvement initatives are realised in all stores.

Required skills and qualifications

*Experienced Lean Six Sigma Green belt
* Experienced in retail strategy
* Knowledge of business process re-engineering and change management methodologies
