2x HR business partner, investment management, London, £80-100k
My client, a leading investment management firm, are urgently looking for a senior HR business partner. This will be a full generalist role seeing you take over the BAU as the number one business partner role working closely with senior stakeholders, so the ability to build relationships quickly is essential for this role. You will also work closely with the HR director and Head of HR as well as getting exposure to the CEO and CFO.
What they are looking for:
* Extensive generalist HR experience, ideally with experience working for both a large complex company and a smaller, fast moving company.
* Excellent employment law knowledge with extensive experience in managing disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
* Exceptional eye for detail and organisational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, with the maturity to remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills with employees of all levels - empathy yet resilience under assertive challenge!
* Calm, confident, professional and engaging manner with an ability to integrate a number of considerations in to projects.
* Humility, able to remain grounded, see things from others point of view and roll your sleeves up as required to support colleagues in meeting the various requests made of the Org Dev team.
