HR Systems & Reward Analyst, London, 12 Month FTC, £50,000-55,000

My global client are currently recruiting for a HR Systems & Reward Analyst to work on maintenance and development of their global Workday HR system on a maternity cover fixed term contract.

The successful HR Systems & Reward Analyst will be responsible for working on identifying areas to develop the system as well as implementing system changes and upgrades, and owning the day to day maintenance of the system. They will also look after the data integrity and will work with stakeholders to help develop new reporting suites and will also work on reward duties like salary benchmarking, pay reviews and monitoring reward structures. This is a great role for someone looking to have a real impact on an organisation which has successfully implemented Workday and are looking to improve the way they are using it.

The best suited HR Systems & Reward Analyst for the role will have:

* Experience supporting a HR system in a post implementation environment.
* Excellent functional and technical capability with HR systems, ideally with experience working with Workday.
* Strong attention to detail with extensive experience producing HR analytics and supporting reward teams.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
* The ability to effectively organise workloads and think creatively when solving problems.
* Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
