Overview:

A Global Technology business is looking for a Senior Reward professional to join their rapidly growing Reward function. This business is ever increasing their HO operations in London combining this with increased presence in countries throughout Central & Eastern Europe as well as APAC. Operating with an International remit and focusing on the development of the core Reward frameworks and creating innovation through creativity with senior incentives. This Total Reward role will look to drive the Reward strategy and frameworks from both a conceptual and operational standpoint.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the implementation of the Reward Strategy in the business' International operations covering EMEA, LATAM & APAC. Working in conjunction with the Director of Compensation & Benefits
* Develop and roll-out Reward and Benefits solutions for new country set-ups.
* Provide recommendations to the HR Director and HRBP of International on appropriate Reward packages, benchmarked to external market.
* Develop engaging Reward and Benefits communication materials.
* Lead the core cyclical reward activities to include annual salary review and bonus review process and ensure the continuous improvement and streamlining of processes.
* Design, develop and roll-out a best practice global Recognition program to support our Great Place to Work aspirations and build greater engagement and trust within our employees.
* Manage, mentor and up-skill the Reward Manager and Reward Analyst to deliver best practice Reward
* Lead or participate in cross-functional ad-hoc projects.



Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

* International Reward & Benefits experience
* Knowledge of job evaluation methodology
* Comfortable working with and interpreting salary survey data
* Experience in new country set-ups
