World leading brand name in fmcg has retained Annapurna HR to find a World class head of talent.
This is a newly created leadership role which will own the talent agenda for the UK business of this leading company which sees talent as truly at the heart of its continued success.
The role will have responsibility across, resourcing, learning and development, talent, OD and engagement and will report onto the regions senior HR leader.
The candidate would have experience holistically within talent across at least resourcing, talent and learning and development in a corporate, matrix structure.
The candidate will have experience managing a talent function and have a passion for acquiring, developing and engaging World class talent.
The role will interface at senior executive level and the candidate must have experience of working with senior business leaders.
