A leading financial services organisation is looking for a HR Risk and Control Manager to join the business during a period of transformation.

The role will involve the following duties:

* Support the Head of HR Operations in reporting to various divisional and Group boards and committees
* Coordinate the resources and information required for committees including tracking of action items and initiatives
* Provide risk and compliance management, including HR Operational Risk
* Working with the Head of HR Operations, provide day to day management of the HR financial budget and reporting to Group and EO Finance as required

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

* Substantial experience of HR Risk and Controls in a regulated environment
* Experience of budget management desirable
* Knowledge of payroll procedures and controls desirable
* Project Management capability
