HR Shared Service Team Lead, up to £50,000
Annapurna HR are currently recruiting for an HR Shared Service Team Lead to join a rapidly global organisation on a 9-12 month basis. This role is required in order to manage the delivery and improvement of the HR Service offering. Due to the changing nature of the organisation there is every possibility that other opportunities come up, internally or during or at the end of the contract.
The successful candidate will be required to have previous, proven, people management experience and be comfortable working in an operational position. The role will have responsibility for overseeing key HR Service centre process improvements. Experience working in a fast paced organisation will be key.
