Interim HR Ops Programme Manager - £600 - £700 a day
Annapurna HR are working with a leading global financial services firm on an Interim HR Ops Programme Manager role. Our client are looking for someone with a background leading complex HR and systems transformation programmes across multiple geographies.
In this role you will be responsible for: -
Project managing the HR related activities to support the transformation of the IT function enabling delivery of a structure and culture which will strengthen business partnering capability, financial control and delivery at lower cost, aligned to an operating model which takes a more globalised, focused approach. This will entail:
* Supporting the HR Programme Leader and HR Transition Manager in developing and delivering the HR project plans, collaborating with the HR contacts to help prioritise their needs and resolve risks and issues arising.
* Working in collaboration with HR contacts to ensure HR plans are connected and co-ordinated with the wider transformation plan.
* Identify and mitigate people risks using people metrics to demonstrate current status.
* Manage project governance requirements and preparation of papers and materials required for meetings and presentations.
Required experience: -
* Functional Expertise - Broad HR generalist experience
* Process and Technology - Experience of delivering HR solutions through the design and application of process and technology. Defining and using relevant and competitive HR metrics.
* Exposure to Corporate Governance - Experience of diverse regulatory frameworks in large multi-nationals.
* Qualifications and Accreditations - Prince2 / PMP / Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) - training or certification preferred, otherwise essential to have worked using such methodology.
