Annapurna HR are partnering with a highly ambitious organisation to recruit a Head of HR.
As Head of HR you will be tasked with developing a first class people function for a business who has operated with a transactional HR function so far. This role will look at driving the business to be more commercially viable to support their ambitious growth plans.
You will be sitting on the leadership team and working closely with them to create HR policies aligned to the businesses' strategic growth plans.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing a commercially focused HR team within a growing business and looking for a long term career.
The below competencies will be highly desirable:
* Creating and implementing learning and development programmes for a wide variety of roles
* Identifying and recruiting top talent
* Developing and driving a strong culture
* Experience successfully resolving complex ER cases
* Creating and implementing talent plans and performance reviews
