My client, a leading financial services firm have an exciting opportunity for a senior HR business partner/ head of HR to join their dynamic, fast growth organisation. The company is undergoing a process of business and HR transformation and the candidate must have a track record of delivering in strategic change.
The candidate will manage one direct report, so must be a credible leader. The candidate will have a broad generalist background and ideally strong project management skills. The candidate will be able to work with senior business leaders and have strong relationship and influencing skills. They must be able to work with different types of personalities across the whole business and cross lateral functions.
The role will report into the CEO and senior management teams and help to shape and influence the people strategy, whilst at the same time be able to execute and implement strategic agendas in to the business.
