HR System Analyst, Luton, £35,000-42,000
My client are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst to join their newly established team in an exciting and varied role looking after the maintenance and development of their newly implemented labour management system.
The best suited HR System Analyst for the role will have:
* Previous experience managing the maintenance and development of a labour, scheduling or HR system.
* Very strong excel skills with the ability to write macro's and SQL.
* The ability to see the bigger picture and how decisions and changes made on the labour system will impact on other systems and data feeds.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convert technical information into easily understandable terms and build relationships with other departments like finance and IT.
* The ability to work in a fast paced business where you need to be able to both react and respond quickly to changes while also be forward thinking.
This is a great newly created role, joining a growing team in a varied position that will have a huge impact on the organisation. The role will join the company at the start of an exciting period of transformation with the new labour management system in place and the potential to shape this role and make it your own.
