This is an amazing role for a high-potential Head of HR to join a growing, exciting and award-winning business with an AMAZING culture.

Working closely with and being the successor for an amazing HR Director who set the HR function up for this innovative SME, you will be joining a business that really, truly values and invests in their people. This is highly visible leadership role with big expectations.

You will be responsible for managing a first-class HR team of around 10 people, and building and maintaining strong relationships with the leadership team. A key part of UK and US management team meetings, you will be used to consulting with and challenging senior stakeholders.

We are looking for somebody incredibly bright and switched on, who has lots of ideas and who enjoys being creative and having lots of autonomy in their role. You will build-upon and implement innovative HR programmes that enable the growth of the business, support a very employee-focused culture, and maintain a strong reputation as an employer of choice. However as well as building upon what the current HRD has achieved, this is not a maintenance role. We definitely want somebody used to working in changing, fast-growth environments.

We have very high expectations for this role and am looking for Top Talent to join this amazing business. I am less focused on industry experience, and will be more interested in what you have achieved. The ideal candidate will be used to working with a knowledge-based workforce and will have a mix of SME and large-company best practice HR experience. IT Consultancy experience would be highly beneficial. I am looking for a true generalist with experience in every area of HR including Reward and Talent and you must be able to think strategically but enjoy getting involved in the detail.

You will be managing a Head of HR Operations, an L&D Manager, two HRBPs and a Resourcing/Recruitment team. You will be visible within the business, building relationships, making recommendations, identifying top talent and designing development programmes aimed at fast-tracking potential and strengthening succession.

This role would really suit a really high-potential and switched-on Head of HR who is looking to step up to a No1 role in a few years but still wants to learn from a really high-achieving and well-respected HR Director - this role will be her successor. It will be a challenging (but highly rewarding) role so we are looking for a confident and experienced senior HR professional who a real breadth of demonstrable experience. You will have a passion for developing your own team, giving regular feedback and coaching to accelerate their career progression.

Most importantly, the culture fit has got to be spot on. This business is relaxed and flexible, with a dress-down culture, but are very professional and at the top of their game with really high expectations. The company is focused on delivery not time at your desk, it is a really dynamic workforce and we are looking for somebody with an energetic and dynamic personality to match. You will be ambitious, with a can-do, 'roll up the sleeves' mentality. You will be a true team player, with a desire not just to work hard but to have fun doing it.

We are considering part-time candidates for this role - they operate a very flexible, delivery-driven culture.

Key competencies:

* Experienced HR Generalist at Head of HR level, with deep expertise in Talent, Reward, Recruitment, HRIS, ER, Change, Employment Law, Performance Management, Succession and Engagement (essential)
