HR Business Partner, Professional Services, Crawley £65k
My client, a leading professional services organisation are looking for an HR business partner to join their expanding team. This is a generalist position coming into a newly formed HR business partner model, working at a high pace covering the full generalist remit you must be focused and able to deliver to multiple business units.
This business partner needs to be able to communicate well across all levels of employees, providing sound HR advice and coaching to help the business through various amounts of change. Previous experience of working in matrix organisations, such as one of the big 4 consultancy firms, would be ideal for this role.
They have recently gone through some M&A activity, with more to come, making this is a fantastic opportunity for career progression and opportunities during its time of growth.
It is ESSENTIAL for candidates to have looked after both IT and Finance as a client group.
