A leading healthcare organisation, based in London, are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner with strong change management experience, for an initial 6 month contract, paying between £400p/d-£500p/d.
In this role you will be responsible for driving cultural change, including performance improvement, across the operational side of the business as well as increasing engagement and retention.
The successful candidate will ideallly come from a commercial background, and will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. As well as being a strong generalist and HRBP, the successful candidate must possess proven Organisation Development capability. Previous experience of driving significant business improvement is key, as is experience of designing and delivering new Target Operating Models within complex, matrix organisations. Good project management experience would also be preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity to make significant improvements within a high profile healthcare business.
