Compensation Specialist - c£50,000
Annapurna HR are recruiting for a Compensation Specialist to work for a global financial services organization. This role will play a key part in leading the regulatory agenda within the compensation team.
The successful candidate can potentially be from less pure compensation background, however, must be highly analytical ideally with some experience working with comp data before. This is a highly regulated environment there experience of this would be useful, potentially however, the candidate may come from a non FS background but have regulatory experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to enter and organization and be mentored into being the org specialist for the Regulatory Compensation Piece.
