Reward Analyst- £40,000 + Benefits. Fixed Term Contract, 6 months
A leading organisation are looking for a Reward Analyst join it's small reward team. This is a role to build the organisations reward and compensation capability, working closely with the Reward Manager
My Client are looking for a numerically gifted individual with exposure to Towers Watson or has a background in Retail. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop themselves by making an impact on a fantastic reward development initiative within a small team.
If you have strong numerical skills and are interested in developing your skills within the Reward and Compensation space; this will be a fantastic opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will be data savvy and have a passion for analytics. Recent graduates with one or two years experience will also be considered.
