Annapurna HR are recruiting for a business who are on the lookout for a HR Data & Reporting Manager to work very closely with the HR functional team within the business. The role will work closely with budgeting, resource & operational risk tracking, audit and external vendors. A key part of this role will be the capability of the individual will be to build relationships globally throughout the organisation and promote process consistency.
The successful candidate will be expected to experience in a regulated environment, experience of budget management and knowledge of HR process & procedures. Due to the niche element of this role there may be elements of flexibility to the above.
