Senior Manager, Executive Compensation - Well known organization, up to £100K
Annapurna HR are recruiting for a Senior Manager to work within a top consulting firm, focusing within the executive compensation space. This role will be sitting as one of the senior members of the team, working closely with the partners in the business.
The successful candidate will be required to have expert knowledge within the space of Executive Compensation, ideally within large, corporate, potentially listed organizations. Consulting experience is not a requirement for this role, however it may be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for the selected candidate to enter on of the leading organizations in its space and work on fast-tracking to partner level, potentially in circa 5 years. The option is also there for this individual to develop into being a real specialist within the organization, not necessarily moving down the Partner track
