Annapurna HR are currently recruiting for a HR Analytics Manager to be a part of a truly Global, matrix organisation with a really exciting HR analytics agenda. This role offers an opportunity to develop an existing HR reporting function into a market leading HR Analytics and Insight operation throughout the business.
The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent experience in the field of HR analytics and ideally have the educational qualifications to support this. Due to the change agenda and implementation of new reporting/analytics processes, the candidate will be expected to have excellent stakeholder and people influencing skills. Experience working in a global position will be helpful in order to hit the ground running. Team management experience will be useful to the successful individual.
