A fantastic creative, forward thinking professional services business is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant to join them in their Global Talent and Leadership development function, to work with their clients in the FTSE100 across retail, financial services, technology and fmcg.
The preferred candidate will ideally have worked in a consulting role previously or specialised across leadership and talent development in a well-known blue chip organisation. This role sits in the Leadership and Talent function, and this person will have worked on improving and developing Talent Agendas, Succession Planning, Talent Identification, Assessment, and leadership Development.
