Interim Learning Specialist - Up to £500 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a global FTSE organisation on an Interim Learning Specialist role. Our client are looking for someone to support on a wider business transformation, designing a learning programme to support the business into the future.
To be successful in this role you must be -
* Required to be flexible, being able to cope and bring structure to ambiguous situations and problems whilst adapting to the changing priorities of a global change programme.
* Needs to exercise considerable judgment to ensure key capabilities and skills are built in time for effective adoption by the user communities - both within HR and the business globally
* Needs to gain a detailed understand of learning needs across a number of layers: SAP transactions, processes, role capabilities, ways of working, etc.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage the design, development, delivery and measurement of a range of learning interventions, predominantly related to the implementation of the new HR system and associated processes
* Review existing learning interventions for synergies and leverage as appropriate
* Work with and manage third party learning suppliers to ensure high quality, timely delivery and cost control
* Provide significant input to the creation of a detailed Learning Needs Analysis
* Oversee the piloting, testing, and translation of learning content
* Provide learning and development expertise to the Programme
Key Skills
* Strong learning and development skills including the ability to work confidently and effectively with various levels of stakeholders and across business units and geographies
* Ability to translate strategies and plans into practical and effective learning interventions
* Experience of developing learning interventions for the implementation of new systems and processes in a complex, international environment
* Experience of managing third party providers to develop and deliver learning interventions
* A team player with a committed and flexible approach to working and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Highly driven, with the ability to learn quickly and assimilate information
* Experience of working in a programme management environment
