Interim Head of Learning and Development - £600 - £800 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading FS firm on an Interim Head of Learning and Development role for an initial 12-month contract.
Our client are looking for someone to design learning programmes across a major business transformation to ensure the TOM lands effectively in the organisation. Our client are restructuring globally in order to create more efficiencies within the business.
In this role, you will be required to drive the Development agenda globally by working with the HR leadership team and other key stakeholders to analyse current/future people challenges and ensure a global view to create solutions. You will be required to engage Learning and Talent Centres of Expertise to communicate requirements and support the design of group-wide solutions, working to ensure solutions address the needs of the business. Oversees the execution of Development solutions through regional Development teams.
Prior experience working in financial services or a global corporate matrix environment is desirable for this requirement.
