This is an outstanding role for a high-potential Talent Acquisition manager to join a growing, exciting, award-winning business with an AMAZING culture.

I am searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is looking to make a big impact with one of the fastest growing UK Technology start-ups based in London. You ideally will be incredibly bright an entrepreneurial, bring fresh ideas to the table and enjoy being creative and having lots of autonomy in your role.

You will be leading on acquiring the strongest technical talent and attracting extraordinary people. You will create, drive and lead the talent attraction and pipelining strategies across all functions. You will also build the marketing capability of the recruitment function helping to identify and drive social media opportunities to build the brand and align it with a social media strategy.

Working closely with senior board members to create fit for purpose talent attraction plans as well as bringing market insights into forward looking talent plans across all functions. I am looking to speak to somebody used to working in changing, fast-growth environments and you will get the opportunity to build and own the recruitment function. This role is perfect for a driven Technical Recruiter with an in-depth understanding and experience with technical professionals, with particular strengths in PHP, SQL, DevOps and Android.

Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
* Build a pipeline of top through researching and sourcing candidates
* Qualify candidates for a technical and cultural fit
* Develop, implement and execute recruiting strategies to ensure healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Build solid relationships with engineering and other technical teams
* Project manage all components involved in full life-cycle recruiting - source, qualify and close candidates
* Provide advice and coaching to senior managers throughout the recruitment process
* Track and understand relevant metrics for your activity and pipeline and actively share your progress with peers and hiring teams
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and technical and competitors
* To build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the whole business as it relates to talent sourcing.
