Learning and Development Consultant, £45k-£50k, London

The Client is a well renowned Financial Services firm. They are looking for individuals who are capable of creating critical learning programmes, to maximise the business development on all levels of the organisation.



Key responsibilities:

- Work alongside senior stakeholders as well as a range of clients to design and implement effective Learning and Development programmes and interventions to support the overall group strategy, in a cost effective manner.

- Able to identify areas for improvement autonomously, to allow for continuous growth in terms of the business, team and employee development, using both internal and external programmes.



Key skills:

- In depth knowledge of Learning and Development; to implement successful learning strategies to different levels of the organisation.

- Extensive L&D experience within a Blue Chip organisation, ideally within Financial Services. With an ability to design, implement and deliver a range of training interventions.

-An individual possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Who can confidently presenting plans and ideas to senior stakeholders and clients.
