Interim Senior HR Business Partner - Up to £600 p/d
A leading Fintech firm based in London are looking for an Interim Senior HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month contract.
In this role, you will be supporting a broad range of clients up to C-Suite executive level. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Experience working within a high growth tech firm would be preferred, and you must be able to lead strategic as well as operational HR activities. You will need to have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as you will be required to build strategic alliances and influence challenging stakeholders. The role will be supporting the development of a growing HR function, looking to build the presence of HR within the business.
The successful candidate will be commercially focused and must be able to contribute to a range of projects. Strong change management and UK ER experience is essential.
