Annapurna HR are working in partnership with a leading retail organisation looking for a HR Director for a 12 Month FTC.
You will be an HR Director for a brand which sits within a larger group. Although, there is not a group function and so it is imperative to build relationships with and communicate with colleagues in similar positions with other brands in the group.
The brand and group have recently gone through a great period of change and transformation, as well as growth, and so are now in their next stage of development which they believe will further establish their brand identity.
As HR director, you will be tasked with ensuring that with growth, the environment and culture is maintained as positive. The ideal candidate will therefore have experience in driving creative values and culture work in fast-paced organisations. Additionally this role will look at staff development and succession planning, as well as recruitment and attracting talented professionals in a saturated market.
With over 100 sites nationally, it will also be important to have previous multi-site experience in a similar capacity. Your time primarily will be split between the Head Office in Central London and some regional sites. You will also have a strong HR team of generalists, trainers and recruiters to support you.
This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a leading brand, going through significant growth, with potential to be made permanent upon achieving in the role.
