Senior HR Business Partner x2, Competitive Base plus Bens & Bonus, within an International Distribution & Logistics business based in Yorkshire.
Annapurna HR Ltd is proud to work with a National Distribution & Logistics business in the search for 2 HR Business Partners offering 55-60k plus benefits, based in Yorkshire, this is a great opportunity to support the design and development of an HR Strategy across all disciplines of the business.
The Role;
* To act as the no.1 representative of HR to the Ops Director and Operation populations.
* Partnering closely with the HRD and the wider HR Leadership team to design and implement a new HR strategy.
* Partner closely with Head of HR and offer 1st line HR support to the business.
* Play a vital role in implementing an engagement strategy to support business during Change & Transformation agenda
The Candidate;
* Previous history in engagement with Senior Stakeholders
* Experience in Shared Service Model and Sales/Call centre business units
* Experience in the design, development & delivery of a HR strategy across Talent, L&D, ER, Recruitment, and Reward.
* Ability to work Regionally and Nationally
* CIPD qualified is an advantage but not essential
