Reward Manager - up to £70,000
Annapurna HR are exclusively working with a global leading professional services organisation who are looking for a Reward Manager to work within their Reward team. This role will be heavy in senior stakeholder/client interaction and will give the successful individual the opportunity to make their mark in a competitive space.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a corporate, matrix environment - a desirable piece of experience will also be financial services experience, however, this is by no means essential. The successful candidate will have prior reward experience in their repertoire and have proven experience working in the compensation space where senior/executive stakeholder/client interaction is a day to day occurrence.
