A fantastic creative, forward thinking professional services business is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant to join them in their Global Talent and Leadership development function, to work with their global associates and manage the global faculty.
The preferred candidate will ideally have worked in a consulting/coaching role previously or specialised across leadership and talent development in a well-known blue chip organisation and managed the faculty. This role sits in the Leadership and Talent function, and this person will have worked on improving and developing Talent Agendas, Succession Planning, Talent Identification, Assessment, and leadership Development, so that they can understand how the associates work on a day to day basis.
A high potential individual will do well in this culture and environment, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking for the next step up in their careers and looking to join a well-known Management Consultancy with a market leading reputation.
This is an urgent requirement, and someone with a background in manageing the relationship between an organisation and their associates will be very much desirable for this role.
