Our client, a global real estate business with entrepreneurial spirit, is looking for a HRBP to join their business on a permanent basis. This is a varied role, with plenty of opportunity to influence key stakeholders and to help build the HR function within this growing business.
The successful candidate will be able to work well in fast-paced environments which are succeptible to change. You will be able to understand the core requirements for the business and will be versataille, in order to adapt your skills to each project.
The role will work predominantly across the Client Services part of the business and will have a global reach (although no travel) and will work alongside some incredibly bright people within the Real Estate world.
Key requirements:
* TUPE experience is essential
* Broad HRBP skillset and a passion to develop these skills
* Personable, hard-working and engaging. Able to influence key stakeholders and tenacious to deal with all situations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
