Finance Transformation Director, London, £800p/d-£1000p/d
My client is currently looking to undergo a finance transformation and is looking for someone to come in a help deliver this company critical programme. You will be looking at the Finance departments TOM.
The Finance Transformation Manager must have experience in:
* Leading and managing finance programmes of large size and complexity.
* Standardize and integrate systems and leverage enabling technologies in corporate performance managemenT.
* Risk management: identifying and managing risks and ensuring the firm's frameworks are implemented appropriately and effectively
* Practice development: taking a leading role in processes and initiatives that are key to scaling the business
* Eliminate and/or simplify complex structures, processes and technology
* To help lead the transformation of finance with a focus on the use of financial systems to automation processes to improve financial performance and financial reporting and to deliver the required benefits to our clients and internally within the division.
* Lead on ensuring detailed financial modelling is carried out to inform and support the full range of the programme on immediate business improvement and transformation projects.
* Working with the Programme Management Office to develop the benefits realisation plan for the programme and monitor its delivery.
Experience you should have:
* CCAB ( ACA/ACCA/CIPFA ) or CIMA qualified
* Previous experience of reporting to the CFO.
* Experience of leading large finance transformations programmes and evidence of clear deliverables.
* A proven track record of successfully preparing budgets, monitoring budget targets and providing projections, in a complex and customer focused environment.
* Willingness to challenge existing practices bringing forward solutions to improve performance.
