Senior HRBP, Sports and Leisure, London £70K - £75K
My client, a world renowned business, is looking to hire an excellent HR business partner into their highly collaborative team. Someone who is driven, outgoing and extremely passionate about what they do would be ideal for this role.
They are also looking for someone who can quickly gain credibility with business leaders with and is comfortable in a fast-paced and a changing environment. Key accountabilities include:
* Business development.
* Manage complex employee relations cases.
* Stakeholder management.
* HR Projects.
* Able to face off against senior external stakeholder.
* Confident leading their own team.
* Providing pragmatic HR solutions and deliver them to the business.
* Someone with exceptional organisation skills.
Candidates must be highly commercial, have great stakeholder relationship and influencing skills and have experience of managing projects from start to finish. This a great opportunity to work for a market leading business, with great long-term opportunities to grow and develop.
