ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT
My client, a leading telecommunications business with a global reach is looking to recruit an Organisational Design Consultant to join their team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation in a broad, in-house role.
The successful candidate will have proven organisational design experience either dervied from Consultancy or from within a matrixed organsiation.
Primary accountabilities:
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of Organisational Design and Business Strategy
* Work with the business to align the reporting headcount
* Analyse and benchmark on the overall organisational efficiency and manage benchmarking projects deivered from the HRD.
* Embed reporting and present report findings to key stakeholders with commercial outlook.
Key requirements:
* Excellent analytical ability
* Proven background of influencing key stakeholders and building strong relationships
* Excellent numberical skills and finance experience desirable
* Full/Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) advantageous.
This role will offer an OD consultant the scope to be able to see projects through to completion in a truly global organisation.
