I am looking to speak with experienced internal recruiters who ideally have experience in working as a true partner to senior and challenging stakeholders.
My client are a private healthcare business who have recently gone through a period of change driven by continual growth. The business cover nationally and work in partnership with the NHS to provide excellent care.
This role will be joining a small HR team, in developing more of a business partnering approach in the business including through centres of excellence.
As Recruitment Business Partner you will primarily be based in the office with flexibility to work from home and occasionally travelling to sites to meet with senior stakeholders to truly partner with them. You will be tasked with training them in best practices for recruitment and understanding their business areas well to ensure they are targeting and recruiting the best talent.
To be considered for this role you must have in-house recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare, either public or private. The business have recently implemented a new ATS system and so you will also be tasked with further integrating this and ensuring staff are trained on and using the system efficiently and effectively.
