*HIGHLY ORGANISED L&D CONSULTANT FOR AN OUTSTANDING IN-HOUSE ROLE*

Our client, a financial services body with a fantastic growth outlook, is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team in London.

The successful candidate will be hold a CIPD qualification or the equivalent. They will have strong communicatoin skills and experience of training delivery. They will also have had exposure to the development of businesses and learning materials.

Key accountabilities:

* To embed and build out the Learning Paths
* Develop a yearly training plan based on business outputs and staff learning needs
* Evaluate effectiveness of learning and performance management and identify solutions
* Develop and manage effecive training administrative processes

Core competencies:

* CIPD qualification or equivalent
* Ability to interact with senior personnel with excellent communication skills
* Core understanding of training needs analysis
* Supplier management skills
* In depth understanding of performance management, talent and capability initiatives
