A leading private sector organisation are seeking a Cutover Manager for a Transformation Programme Based in Northampton. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver the creation of a cutover plan to encompass all activities and achieve required levels of business engagement to ensure successful deployment phase.

Role Purpose:

* Definition, development and execution of the cutover strategies and plans for the payroll and HR release of the programme, working in conjunction with the SI (responsible for deployment of the technical solutions)
* Ensuring governance and reporting of cutover activities meet programme standards and business requirements

Area Of Responsibility

* Manage business cutover activities for payroll and HR across entire Group, including development and management of business readiness metrics and activities
* Develop and manage integrated cutover plan incorporating both business and technical cutover tasks
* Project manage cutover tasks to plan and in accordance with PMO requirements for RAID, reporting and governance
* Work across the programme to identify, manage and resolve dependencies and risks/issues across the programme
* Lead cutover phase through management and execution of business readiness activities, supporting go/no-go decision points and liaison with integrators who are responsible for deploying the technical solutions
* Coordinate detailed cutover activities across the programme, including execution of payroll parallel runs
