My client is a leading global corporate organisation, looking to go through a lot of change. They are looking for a strong HR Director to work with a specific business unit and help drive the capability of the HR generalist population up.
Ideally, they are looking for strong, senior individuals with experience working in large matrixed environments at Director level. Providing full strategic generalist support, whilst working closely with senior execs, this role is ideal for someone who has previous stakeholder management experience and has gone through considerable change and transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a changing business that will offer fantastic generalist exposure as well as some great project exposure. They are looking at moving quickly with all three roles so those who are immediately available are the preferred candidates, however, they will consider people on 3 months notice max.
