Interim Organisation Design Lead - £600/£900 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading FS firm on an Interim Organisation Design Lead role for an initial 3-month contract.
Our client are undergoing a significant transformation in order to centralise the operating model across the European region. In this role, you will be required to align and harmonise the existing performance management processes as well as defining what the new workplace design model will look like across the region.
To be successful in this role you must have prior experience leading organisation design projects ideally in the financial services or insurance sector.
