Global Aerospace/Engineering Company
A global Aerospace business in the Midlands is looking for an Organisation Effectiveness expert to come in on a 12-18 month contract whilst they implement a new company-wide programme.
This person will be responsible for looking at the effects this programme has on the workforce and be required to implement and deliver the strategy for the organisation development and design from a structural perspective.
Ideally, this person will have worked in a large, matrix organisation previously, with experience in large-scale projects around organisation design, people transformation, organisation development, and culture transformation.
