Our client, an international Law firm, is currently looking for a strong HR advisor to come and work for their collaborative and fast paced organisation. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR team, they are looking for someone who can come and hit the ground running with a great personality the drive to add value and develop themselves within the organisation.
You will be covering the full breadth of HR, such as; recruitment, learning and development, coaching senior managers and employee relations.
Essential Requirements
* HR experience in a professional or financial services environment
* Intermediate excel skills & good analytical skills as this role will involve a lot of reporting
* Employment law knowledge
* Experience of managing employee lifecycle processes i.e. onboarding
* Attention to detail
