People Development Business Partner

An amazing consumer brand are looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis and help roll out their people development agenda.
A background in people development, looking at wider talent, leadership, and learning skills development is a neccessity for this role. Someone who has worked for large brands and high performing cultures is desirable.
The role will report into the Head of People Development and will be responsible for the design, delivery, and strategic implementation of the people development agenda.
This is an exciting role for someone to work with a very well-loved consumer brand and make a large impact on the progression and development of the business' employees.
