HR Business Partner, Corporate, 14 months FTC, £70k, Kent
My client is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to come and hit the ground running for an initial 14 month FTC. You will be looking after an operational client group with full autonomous responsibility for building relationships with the senior leadership team, gaining an understanding of the business and its needs whilst delivering BAU activities and projects. The role will work as part of the wider HR team and will have the opportunity to progress and develop
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Experience operating as an HR business partner within a fast pace, regulated, environment
- Ability to work in true partnership with the CoE's and Shared Service teams, to deliver calculated HR interventions to the business
- Previous experience looking after a technology/operations client group
- Previous experience implementing performance and talent management models to help identify talent issues before they impact the business
