Annapurna HR are recruiting for an exciting HR Director opportunity to join an internationally renowned business going through a period of change and transformation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience:
* Building trusted relationships with the management and executive team
* Retention, succession, communication initiatives
* Process improvement and efficiencies e.g performance review, engagement survey, key talent
* Coaching and developing/training managers, building on their capability
* Excellent knowledge of UK compliance and employment law
* Working on strategic HR projects
* Manage teams of 10+
We are looking for somebody with excellent Business Partnering skills, who is used to supporting senior stakeholders. You will be a natural problem solver and manager with outstanding coaching and team-building capability.
