Director of Executive Compensation - up to £120,000 + allowance
Annapurna HR are recruiting for a Director level individual to work within a top consulting firm, focusing within the executive compensation space. This role will be sitting as one of the senior members of the team, working closely with the partners in the business. The primary focus of this role will be within the European market.
The successful candidate will be required to have expert knowledge within the space of Executive Compensation, ideally within large, corporate, potentially listed organisations. Consulting experience would be ideal, however it is acceptable for the successful individual to be working in-house and have prior consulting background. Due to the European nature of this role, it may be helpful for the candidate to be bi-lingual.
This is an excellent opportunity for the selected candidate to enter on of the leading organisations in its space and work on fast-tracking to partner level, potentially in circa 2-3 years.
